Jillian Blythe

Cello

Jillian Annie Blythe is a New York based cellist, composer, and ceramic artist. In addition to being an active chamber and solo musician, Jillian is a cello instructor at the Bantam School of Music, a performing artist with RWS Entertainment for Lincoln Center Stage, and a substitute section cellist with the New Jersey Symphony. Jillian has recently recorded projects for Steinway and Sons, Streetlight Manifesto, and various other New York based pop artists. Jillian is currently working on a live-art installation called Pauses & Puddles that combines sculptural work with electronic, classical, and other various styles of music and media. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Music(’09) and a Master of Music (17’) from the Manhattan School of Music.
